Easy car-optional living at this quiet in-town location. 5-minute walk from the free local slope bus, and a 10-minute walk from shopping and restaurants, and the free county-wide bus.
If you have a car there is ample parking, and a 10-minute drive gets you to Breckenridge Peaks 7, 8, 9, and 10. Copper Mountain, Keystone, Vail, Arapahoe Basin, and Loveland Pass ski areas are within a short drive. Breckenridge is 105 miles from Denver International Airport, and limo service is available.

- Summer: (May 1 - October 31) $180/day, $1200/week, $2500/month.
- Winter: (November 1 - April 30, except holiday weeks) $270/day, $1800/week.
- Holidays (December 12 to January 9): $2500 per week.
3 day minimum rental. Discount available for multiple weeks. Rates based on occupancy of 8 or less. All rentals are subject to accommodation tax. Check in at 4 p.m.
